The design strategy for the apartments attempts to break new grounds in high-rise living. Mind you; proposed in 2007 setting the trend for what is now already all too common. Each apartment is designed in clusters, where rooms are connected via semi-outdoor decks, verandas, and gardens. Every unit has its own swimming pool, and landscape decks enjoy high volumes via alternate stacking of different unit types. The result of this arrangement – a façade aesthetic that expresses the stacking and interlocking of masses while still preserving each unit’s exclusivity.
